Franchise Development Intake Coordinator

Sarah Holmes is Franchise Development Intake Coordinator for FirstLight Home Care. Sarah manages inquiries and information to assess and potentially qualify franchise candidates. She works closely with the Franchise Development Director to organize intake data and schedule initial appointments with pre-qualified candidates. She also coordinates Meet the Team day logistics and prepares Franchise Agreements for new sales and transfers. Sarah’ previous position with FirstLight was Quality Assurance Coordinator where she performed quality assurance reviews of client care agreements.
